Dennis Carlyle Darling
has taught photojournalism and graphic design at the University of Texas since 1981. Darling has been awarded a Master of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a Bachelors of Visual Arts from Georgia State University. During the last 40 years his work has appeared in numerous publications and has been exhibited nationally and internationally at more than 100 venues. He has three books of his work: "Desperate Pleasures", "Chameleon With Camera" and his most recent documentary work, a photography series on Holocaust survivors of Terezín entitled "Borrowed Time", which was first exhibited in the American Center exhibition space at the American Embassy at Prague.
